Legal change in the billing structure of the Spanish energy market:

From June 1

Dear Customer:

The Spanish Government has introduced a change in the legislation of the electricity market. Costa Energía, with the intention of clarifying your future invoices, we indicate the most significant changes:

For domestic consumers and small SMEs up to 15Kw: The 2.0A, 2.0DHA, 2.0 DHS, 2.1A, 2.1 DHA and 2.1DHS tariffs disappear, all of them being integrated into a single 2.0TD tariff. This name change is due to the billing change.

For SMEs and industries from 15kW: The 3.0A low voltage rate is changed to 3.0TD, while the 3.1A and 6.1A high voltage rates are renamed to 6.1TD.
